Biggest Morning Tea Fundraiser

Congratulations Michelle Stratford for hosting a really successful "Biggest Morning Tea" fundraiser at Office Works in Keswick yesterday.

The event raised a whopping $1000 which will be donated to The Cancer Council. Messagemark also helped out by donating 3 x goodie bags of cards and invites.

Well done guys, and thanks to all the people who donated to a cause that is close to many peoples hearts.

Flying Birds

I've finally found the perfect place for my vintage wallpaper flying birds from Delilah Devine. I bought these at the Bowerbird Bazaar back in March. They were so easy to hang and adjust using the 3M Velcro strips. Don't they simply look devine in the new Messagemark studio! (pictured above)

This week we designed a range of cards for Verve Property Management in Auckland. Verve specifically wanted an orange theme to match their company brand so decided on a couple designs from our Organic Elements Collection. We made a few tweaks to the orange, added Verve's contact info, and voilà... a perfect match to Verve's corporate identity. The cards will be used for client birthdays, congrats and thank you occasions. A truely simple and effective customer relationship tool!

Magnolia Square a Hoot!

Last week Magnolia Square was an absolute Hoot! I just love being able to set up a mini shop front for a few days. It was also fun to spend a bit of time on the east side of town. (God I sound like a true westie!!) 

My new range of prints turned out to be very popular, including my wee Owl pictured above sold with the wooden hanger. These simple keyline prints are designed to just hang as is, or alternatively for kids to colour in themselves.

I am a bit slack though as I still haven't added the new print range to my online store. Sorry to keep you guys waiting, but you will have to be patient a little longer as I am taking a couple weeks off for a well deserved break. :)
